What you'll do

• Lead division production, distribution, and marketing activities
• plan and direct derailment cleanup, track construction, rail cargo transfer, and environmental response projects
• coordinate assignments and crews
• maintain safety, financial, and customer satisfaction goals
• manage customer relationships, equipment and facility maintenance, costs, inventory, hiring, training, staff performance, and administrative requirements.
