Preschool Teacher Assistant

The role supports daily classroom activities, developmentally appropriate curriculum, children’s individual needs, and compliance with safety and licensing procedures.

What you'll do

• Support a positive classroom environment
• greet children and families
• assist with developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including following IEPs and behavioral support plans as directed
• help plan and implement curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs
• communicate with families and coworkers
• follow safety and supervision procedures
• document and report incidents
• participate in required meetings, training, and professional development.
