What you'll do

• Administer network, cloud, server, identity, endpoint, and connectivity platforms
• monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, performance, configuration, and lifecycle
• maintain technical documentation and standards
• support infrastructure projects and upgrades
• help develop security policies and strategies
• assess threats and vulnerabilities
• support incident response, vulnerability management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• administer identity and access controls
• coordinate technology services and complex issue resolution
• support patching, maintenance, backups, and change management. Participate in scheduled after-hours maintenance and a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule
• travel approximately 5%.
