What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate documents for mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and venture financings
• advise public company clients on SEC reporting, proxy statements, governance, and board matters
• support registered equity offerings and securities filings
• conduct due diligence and manage deals from letter of intent through closing
• coordinate with cross-practice teams
• engage directly with clients.
