Mitigation Technician

Job overview

The Mitigation Technician role is onsite in Panama City Beach, FL. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, with potential to earn up to $1,000 per month in commissions. The role supports SerClean’s water mitigation services for clients recovering from water-related incidents.

What you'll do

• Perform water mitigation, including controlled demolition, equipment setup, moisture mapping, and jobsite cleanup
• lead onsite operations and oversee technicians
• identify and communicate additional scope needs
• use moisture meters and monitoring tools to track drying progress and document work
• enforce safety policies and procedures
• operate and maintain a company vehicle
• and serve as the onsite client contact.
