What you'll do

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire alarm systems and life-safety devices
• troubleshoot alarms and system faults
• repair control panels and related devices
• perform functional testing and support acceptance testing when needed
• identify deficiencies and explain corrective actions
• complete service documentation
• coordinate scheduling and parts
• maintain tools, vehicle, and equipment
• participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency calls as required.
