What you'll do

• Coordinate in-person and virtual events from planning through onsite delivery and wrap-up
• manage attendee and speaker communications, registrations, and logistics
• arrange faculty and delegate travel and visa applications where necessary
• coordinate with clients, venues, suppliers, and internal teams
• provide onsite support across the Americas
• track finances, suppliers, compliance, and reporting
• manage multiple projects. The role includes attending approximately 12 domestic and Latin American meetings per year.
