Plant Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing all processing departments and freight consolidation operations within a hands-on, production-focused environment. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with management and team members to ensure a consistent and efficient flow of product from harvest through processing and final packaging. All activities must be conducted in compli
