Licensed Master HVAC Project Manager

Job overview

The Licensed Master HVAC Project Manager role is onsite in Woodstock, VA. Compensation is $35–$45 per hour. The position supports the company’s growing HVAC operations under new ownership. The role combines estimating, project management, installation, troubleshooting, and service work to help deliver HVAC jobs properly, on time, and profitably. It also contributes to developing the HVAC department and coordinating technicians, installers, customers, and contractors.

What you'll do

• Estimate and price HVAC jobs
• visit job sites and develop proposals
• manage projects from start to finish
• oversee installations and replacements
• perform HVAC service and troubleshooting
• coordinate with technicians, installers, customers, and contractors
• manage materials, scheduling, permits, inspections, and change orders
• support department growth. A current Virginia Master HVAC Tradesman License is required.
