What you'll do

• Provide customer service while following site procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points and verify authorization
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• notify appropriate personnel
• maintain daily activity logs and incident reports
• communicate observations to company leadership and site representatives.
