This role supports the Service & Support division of Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. This role exists to lead technical and materials performance improvement initiatives across North America. The manager identifies high-impact opportunities to optimize mix performance, quality consistency, and production processes while acting as a technical advisor to leadership.

• Identify opportunities for quality and cost improvement.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and root causes.
• Partner with regional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Strengthen performance management programs.
