Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Newton, KS. Compensation is $18–$22 per hour. Park Aerospace designs and manufactures advanced materials for aerospace, defense, and high-tech industries; this role supports customers and internal teams through the order lifecycle from quoting to delivery.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone
• prepare material quotes using Excel
• review and enter purchase orders in Oracle 11i
• maintain customer files to AS9100 requirements
• use customer portals
• coordinate contract review and approvals with Engineering, Quality, and Legal
• track and expedite orders
• communicate customer issues and changes
• attend production and work-in-progress meetings
• perform export screenings and communicate ITAR and EAR requirements as needed.
