Senior Technical Recruiter — Remote, 6-Month Contract

The Senior Technical Recruiter role is fully remote for eligible candidates across North America, with Central or Pacific time zones preferred. The hourly rate is $62–$67 in local currency, depending on experience and geographic location. Prenuvo’s mission is to shift healthcare toward proactive care through whole-body scanning. This recruiter owns full-cycle hiring for technical roles across Engineering, AI/ML, Data, and Product. The role partners with hiring leaders to shape searches, source and assess candidates, manage recruiting workflows, and support timely, well-informed hiring decisions.

What you'll do

• Manage 8–12 or more concurrent technical requisitions
• partner with engineering and product leaders on role scope and hiring plans
• build sourcing strategies
• conduct technical screens
• manage requisitions and workflows in Greenhouse
• use LinkedIn Recruiter
• design structured interviews and debriefs
• lead offer strategy and negotiation with the People team
• provide candidate experience and report pipeline risks.
