What you'll do

• Staff the reception desk
• greet and assist residents and visitors
• perform clerical duties and maintain resident and guest registers, communication logs, and checklists
• answer and direct telephone and fax communications
• conduct security checks
• monitor resident call and exit alarm systems and follow emergency procedures
• maintain a clean and safe lobby and workspace
• complete routine housekeeping
• and perform assigned office, kitchen-support, and simple maintenance tasks.
