What you'll do

• Deliver respiratory therapy treatments and interventions
• assess respiratory needs and develop individualized care plans
• assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• educate patients and caregivers
• participate in multidisciplinary rounds
• mentor team members
• operate and maintain respiratory equipment
• follow safety, infection prevention, medication, and documentation requirements.
