What you'll do

• Direct warehouse material handling and receiving activities using quality, inventory control, technology, and process improvement practices
• manage timely product receiving
• plan warehouse layout and material distribution using FIFO, KANBAN, and WIP requirements
• develop inventory control procedures
• conduct cycle counts and maintain adequate stock
• maintain Trans4M system data
• follow OSHA requirements and provide safety awareness training
• maintain a safe work environment
• lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel
• manage attendance, workflow, and employee issues with HR guidance
• support manufacturing across shifts
• assist with disposal of bad product and manage resin grinding operations
• attend meetings and coordinate with departments.
