What you'll do

• Lead the Maintenance and Reliability organization
• develop maintenance and reliability roadmaps
• drive facilities, utilities, and maintenance programs
• create preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
• improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR
• lead Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
• manage maintenance and capital budgets
• develop team capabilities
• partner with Engineering on capital projects
• ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, employee safety, site security, and government regulations.
