The role manages sales opportunities from appointment through follow-up and coordinates with service, installation, and dispatch teams to support a smooth transition from sale to installation.

What you'll do

• Conduct scheduled in-home HVAC sales appointments with company-provided qualified leads
• understand homeowners’ comfort concerns and build trust through professional communication
• evaluate needs and recommend HVAC replacement systems, upgrades, and indoor air quality solutions
• present options, address objections, and close sales
• prepare proposals and explain financing and available options
• maintain customer communication throughout the sales process
• coordinate with service, installation, and dispatch teams
• maintain customer information, sales activity, and follow-ups in the CRM
• manage the sales pipeline and work toward sales goals.
