Community Sales Director

What you'll do

• Develop internal and external marketing and referral relationships
• generate inquiries and move-ins
• forecast move-ins with the Executive Director
• train staff who handle inquiries and tours
• respond promptly to prospective residents
• conduct home, hospital, and rehabilitation visits
• maintain the CRM database
• develop and implement a rolling 90-day sales and marketing plan
• manage the marketing budget
• monitor competitors
• organize events and support smooth customer handoffs.
