What you'll do

• Create and maintain client and referral records in the EHR
• enter demographic, insurance, referral, and provider information
• document intake summaries and organize intake records
• manage intake workflow and referral queues
• coordinate intake appointments, clinician schedules, cancellations, reschedules, and waitlists
• communicate with families about availability and onboarding
• document communications
• collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support access and continuity of care.
