What you'll do

• Serve as a day-to-day client contact

• research, write, and edit materials for press, patient communities, and healthcare media
• conduct media relations
• develop social and digital content
• support client and new-business research
• prepare monthly account reporting and track KPIs
• contribute to brainstorms and cross-division collaboration.
