Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager — Long-Term Unit

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• monitor training for new employees
• implement infection-control updates
• greet new admissions and participate in discharge planning
• direct workflow within time constraints
• contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives
• report to the Director of Nursing and collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing and Staff Development Coordinator.
