What you'll do

• Travel to construction sites in multiple states to oversee field operations
• review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project documentation
• verify work against project requirements and engineering standards
• conduct daily inspections and document observations
• monitor quality, productivity, and safety compliance
• identify and report change events and field issues
• lead or participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings
• prepare weekly reports and field logs and maintain daily video logs
• coordinate with project managers, superintendents, clients, and subcontractors
• provide technical guidance to field personnel
• assist with schedules, quality standards, and budget objectives.
