Family Support Partner

Job overview

The Family Support Partner role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ; pay is $16–$19 per hour. MIKID is an Arizona family support nonprofit whose mission is to rebuild communities one family at a time. The partner draws on firsthand experience as a parent or caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs to support families. The role contributes to MIKID’s mission through empathetic communication, organized caseload management, and experience engaging with child-serving systems.

What you'll do

• Provide family support informed by firsthand parenting or caregiving experience
• communicate empathetically in writing and verbally
• manage caseloads
• work with families connected to at least two child-serving systems
• maintain required fingerprint clearance and CPR/First Aid certification or obtain assistance toward them.
