What you'll do

• Manage full P&L across variable, F&I, and fixed operations
• recruit and build the management team
• execute pre-opening facility readiness and DMS/CRM setup
• select vendors and establish initial inventory and floorplan
• set new and pre-owned inventory strategy, pricing, and turn
• manage Kia manufacturer relations, allocation, program compliance, incentives, and dealer standards
• oversee CSI and retention
• direct marketing strategy, budget, digital retailing, and lead handling
• build the fixed operations department.
