What you'll do

- review financial statements and ensure U.S. GAAP and ASC investment company compliance

- coordinate capital calls, distributions, and cash reconciliations
- support investment accounting and closing logistics
- monitor covenants, loan accruals, and impairment analysis
- coordinate valuations, audits, and tax filings
- oversee service providers
- administer compliance programs, testing, policies, and regulatory filings
- monitor investment restrictions and investor onboarding controls.
