Construction Assistant Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage project controls for projects or task orders, including changes, RFIs, submittals, quality, safety, financial performance, and closeout
• review and process shop drawings and submittals
• support change management, estimating, and contract negotiations
• establish and maintain project schedules
• support physical layout and coordination
• produce project reports
• identify issues and facilitate solutions
• assist with compliance, closeout, constructability reviews, and value engineering
• travel to job sites within a designated geographic area.
