What you'll do

• Own site health, revenue, profit and loss, and operational performance across the U.S. GI site network
• establish reporting, benchmarks, and improvement plans
• address barriers to revenue, productivity, capacity, and study execution
• set network staffing strategy
• oversee site operations, capacity, and study portfolio management
• expand site capabilities and research volume
• drive enrollment, data quality, compliance, and study execution
• lead site operations for mergers and acquisitions integrations
• build relationships with Principal Investigators and practice leaders
• develop site staff and leaders
• partner with cross-functional teams.
