What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications with correct dosage, timing, and documentation
• provide individualized care, including personal care and activities of daily living
• maintain medication records and report adverse reactions or errors to the supervising nurse
• monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition and notify the healthcare team
• store and handle medications securely
• collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• follow medication safety regulations and facility protocols.
