Job overview

The Computer Programmer role may be performed remotely, with in-person client meetings at St. Elizabeths/USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC, when requested. Compensation is $110,000–$115,000 per year. The programmer supports Crisis1’s federal and private-sector client work, including financial systems modernization, data analytics, automation, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate workflows
• support dashboards and reporting
• gather, clarify, document, and validate requirements
• translate business needs into solutions
• maintain system and process documentation
• assist with testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, deployment, and enhancements
• coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams
• follow client development, security, governance, documentation, and change-management standards
• provide status updates and responsive user support.

Why this role

The role may be performed remotely, but client meetings in Washington, DC may be requested. Requires U.S. citizenship, ability to obtain and maintain DHS suitability and an HSPD-12 PIV card, and a minimum Public Trust clearance; active Secret clearance is preferred.
