What you'll do

• Lead QC functions across U.S. manufacturing and distribution sites
• establish enterprise-wide QC strategies, procedures, and metrics
• develop and mentor QC teams
• standardize testing and inspection practices
• drive operational excellence
• establish systems for quality and manufacturing data
• identify trends, risks, defects, and performance gaps
• lead root-cause investigations
• analyze quality, yield, reliability, complaint, nonconformance, and production data
• ensure applicable regulatory compliance
• oversee quality documentation, investigations, CAPAs, and metrics
• collaborate with research and development, supplier quality, manufacturing, engineering, finished goods, and distribution teams.
