The Senior Cook role is onsite at Colts Cafe in Indianapolis, IN. Pay is $20.00–$22.00 per hour. Flik Hospitality Group’s food service team prepares meals for its location. The senior cook prepares entrees and menu items to established recipes and food-safety standards, while supporting kitchen operations, documentation, and employee cross-training. The role may oversee food service associates when assigned by the Food Service Director.

What you'll do

• Prepare entrees and menu items following established recipes. Operate and clean equipment, store and label food, and maintain organized dry, refrigerated, and frozen storage. Follow HACCP and sanitation requirements. Assist the Food Service Director with production records and documentation, and cross-train employees. May oversee food service associates when assigned. Previous high-volume kitchen experience and experience with equipment and cooking techniques are required
• HACCP experience is preferred.
