Program Analyst

Job overview

The Program Analyst role is onsite in a secure facility in Lexington Park, MD, supporting a NAVAIR program at NAS Patuxent River; telework is not permitted. Compensation is $100,000–$130,000 per year. ACE Consulting Group supports advanced weapons-system development and procurement programs within the NAVAIR community. The analyst applies program and acquisition analysis to track requirements, budgets, schedules, documentation, and deliverables. The work helps the government customer manage development and procurement activities for aircraft, weapons, and related systems.

What you'll do

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives
• analyze and track requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules
• collect and interpret aircraft, weapon, and acquisition program data
• apply government documentation, change-control, and data-management processes
• prepare CDRLs, acquisition plans, justifications and approvals, statements of work, and GFP justification memos
• coordinate stakeholders and assist proposal evaluation for contract awards
• prepare and report Government Furnished Property
• prepare APBs, Program Deviation Reports, and memos
• track contractor CDRL deliverables
• provide input toward POM issue creation
• schedule and attend virtual and in-person meetings.
