Required Cases: Cardiac Surgery, Neurology, General, Plastics, Pulmonary, Orthopedics, Spine, Gynecology, Obstetrics, Urology, Cath Lab, Gastrointestinal. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic. Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: All Independent.
