What you'll do

• Prepare and issue purchase orders for home starts
• process material invoices and reconcile turnkey contracts
• upload lot information to BuildPro and complete home close processes
• track change orders and rebates
• maintain construction and vendor documentation
• coordinate with construction, purchasing, and sales teams
• audit budgets
• update pricing and quantities in purchasing software
• support scopes of work, bid sheets, specifications, estimates, market research, and vendor compliance.
