What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and appropriate emergency response
• respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, property, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and assist with visitor management
• report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
