What you'll do

• Assist with daily restaurant operations and opening and closing procedures
• uphold food quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control
• train, coach, and support team members
• assist with scheduling and staffing
• address team member issues
• respond to customer concerns
• support sales tracking, cash handling, budgeting, financial reports, food safety, operational records, and action plans.
