Compliance and Risk Analyst

The Compliance and Risk Analyst role is onsite at TransPecos Banks’ downtown headquarters in San Antonio, TX. Compensation is not specified. The analyst supports the bank’s compliance risk management framework across core banking operations and Sponsor Bank programs. Working under the Chief Compliance Officer and senior compliance staff, the analyst documents and tracks issues, supports remediation and policy administration, and monitors regulatory developments. The work helps maintain organized compliance records and provides senior staff with information for risk assessments, audits, exams, and issue resolution.
