Crew Chief

The Crew Chief role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Compensation is $12–$15 per hour. The role contributes to efficient service by supporting schedules, food preparation standards, cash handling, and delivery checks.

What you'll do

• Assist with personnel, equipment, and supply readiness
• assign employee duties and encourage teamwork
• communicate menu items, specials, and promotions
• assist with new-hire orientation and refresher training
• supervise performance and behavior
• review time cards and adjust schedules
• enforce portion control
• check deliveries for accuracy and quality
• handle cash receipts, reconcile funds, and make daily deposits.
