What you'll do
- Provide free-floating clinical supervision across units during the 11 PM–7 AM shift
- serve as a clinical resource and respond to resident status changes, acute incidents, and operational emergencies
- conduct rounds to monitor care, infection control, medication administration, and safety
- manage late-night or early-morning admissions, transfers, and documentation
- hand off information to day leadership
- guide and support overnight RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- ensure timely EMR documentation in compliance with Connecticut DPH and CMS requirements.
