What you'll do

• Answer guest questions and assist with purchases

• custom cut and process fresh meat to specifications
• receive, verify, and store deliveries
• package and price products
• rotate and cull products
• record waste
• grind meats
• prepare samples
• maintain service and self-service cases
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• follow food-handling and safety practices.
