Full-Time Direct Support Professional — 1:1 Community Support

The Full-Time Direct Support Professional provides onsite support in Harleysville, Hatfield, North Wales, and Lansdale, PA. What you'll do

• Provide direct support in individuals’ homes or family homes and through community activities
• follow plans of care and approved interventions
• use safe crisis management techniques, emotional support, and positive reinforcement
• maintain case notes
• participate in supervision, training, and professional development
• assist with daily living and personal care as needed
• support household and community tasks while maintaining safety and compliance with the individual support plan.
