What you'll do

• Manage personnel matters, schedule and cover shifts, adjust labor to manage costs, resolve café issues, foster a positive team culture, oversee café operations and order fulfillment, prepare and serve products to quality standards, assist with catering, maintain clean work areas and food safety protocols, handle orders and payments, and support occasional pop-up events.
