What you'll do

• Create a warm and engaging classroom

• support early literacy, phonics, reading comprehension, writing, and foundational math
• observe and assess student progress
• build relationships and communicate with families
• collaborate with educators, the Education Coach, and school leadership
• maintain a safe, organized learning environment.
