Overnight Youth Caregiver

What you'll do

• Provide overnight supervision and support
• maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment
• respond to youth needs, concerns, or emergencies according to procedures
• monitor sleeping and common areas
• support bedtime and morning routines
• document incidents, observations, and shift updates
• communicate with day staff and supervisors
• use trauma-informed, youth-centered interactions
• follow confidentiality and mandatory reporting requirements
• assist with light household tasks.
