What you'll do

• perform preventive and predictive maintenance

• review work orders and schedule repairs, maintenance, and installations
• coordinate maintenance staff and utility-system activities
• monitor maintenance reports, KPIs, budgets, and inventory
• lead inspections and continuous-improvement work
• train and supervise staff
• follow safety, sanitation, and environmental requirements.
