What you'll do

• Develop clinical judgment to rapidly recognize changes in patient condition and urgency of clinical situations.

• Participate in cohort experiences designed to promote peer and professional socialization and strengthen professional commitment to nursing.
• Learn didactic content tailored to new graduates from professional nursing organizations.
