The Experienced Caregiver role is onsite in Kerrville, TX, providing in-home care in Kerrville and surrounding Texas Hill Country communities. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. Always Best Care Boerne supports seniors with care that helps them remain safe and comfortable at home. The caregiver follows each client’s care plan while assisting with personal care, daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship. Monitoring and documenting client needs helps maintain continuity and supports clients’ comfort and safety.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing and dressing
• provide mobility and transfer assistance
• prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship
• give medication reminders
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• document care using a mobile app
• follow care plans and company policies.

Why this role
