The role also leads a small plant accounting team and supports the plant’s ERP transformation.

What you'll do

• Partner with plant leadership and operations on financial insight
• own month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
• oversee standard costing and analyze cost variances
• manage physical inventory counts and reconciliations
• support financial and internal audits
• strengthen controls and procedures
• support NetSuite implementation and ERP transformation
• track capital expenditures and project accounting
• present monthly results and KPIs
• lead and develop a small accounting team.
