What you'll do

• Deliver age-appropriate activities and encourage program participation
• orient new members to schedules and expectations
• provide guidance, role modeling, and constructive feedback
• account for assigned members and record attendance
• maintain program spaces
• implement and evaluate programs
• track outcome metrics
• document incidents
• communicate with families, staff, and members
• participate in training and staff meetings.
